Everybody these days are having problems with Warranty issues.
Warranty by Manufactures are just that, Warranty on the Product that we sell.
We sell products that have a Manufacture warranty, that warranty does not cover or include the labor
that it takes to Remove, Deliver to Manufacture, Pick Up From Manufacture, Replace or Reprogram that Device. All Labor is Exclusive of Manufacture Warranty!
All our installations are warrantied for 30 days from date of final installation for proper installation only!
This is for cabling, conduits, pathways and whatever means it takes to get your product purchased installed by all Local and State codes and compliances!.
When we do installations they are done to the best of our ability to meet every code and compliance that are industry wide for that product!
Any Warranty only applies to customers that actually pay their bills, any past due or none paid invoices or monies due, "DO NOT HAVE A WARRANTY".
So Having said that, I guess handshakes are no longer accepted! If paperwork and any documentation are not signed in INK, no work will be performed!
